Hello
Stephanie VanSchalkwyk
Owner & Early Childcare Professional
Dear Parents,
We personally had a difficult time trying to find childcare with the daycare shortage following the pandemic and I found myself settling for care I wasn't happy with for my children. So, after much consideration, I decided to be a stay at home mom and fill that need for other parents. Previously, I've held many roles from Assistant Preschool Teacher, Nanny, Nursing Assistant/Tech, HR Coordinator and HR Business Partner. I hold my bachelor's Degree in Communications - Public Relations and absolutely love all things learning!
Over the years, I have come to understand my true passion is people and I absolutely love children. I believe that children are little blessings from God. That He has given me the talent to love and care for little ones.
Should you select my in-home childcare, I will do my best to ensure the safety, comfort, health and happiness of your child(ren) while in my care. I will present them with the opportunity to learn at their own pace and develop knowing how much God loves them!
This is my profession now and I take it very seriously. I am constantly striving to better my skills and my program. I will attempt to gain as much continuing education and training as possible. I am here to be your child’s teacher, caregiver, advocate and your partner in their growth and development.
The line of communication is always open between myself and the families I serve. Please feel free to discuss your needs or concerns with me at any time.
